Bec Fish
For many years Bec pursued different avenues searching for something that would bring fulfillment to her life. It was the journey of discovery with Yoga that finally gave her this joy and direction in life.
As such, Yoga has been a gift to Bec...

The Therapy of Ki Yoga has been fundamental for Bec in maintaining her own good health and then being able to share these amazing benefits with her students. Bec is very passionate about helping people find their joy, direction and balance in their life.
Bec loves teaching Children’s Yoga and is particularly interested in Pre-Natal Yoga to care for the Mums to be.
Loraine
Founding Zenergy in 2000, Loraine combined her unique background in the eastern experiential Zen disciplines of yoga therapy, meditation, macrobiotics, and shiatsu, coupled with her mastery in energy work.
With nearly 15 years of experience in this area, Loraine has worked with 1,000’s of individuals throughout the world on their health and well-being. She is a master in health, nutrition, wellness, yoga therapy, and helping people achieve and maintain optimal health.
Loraine will be teaching every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm and every Thursday evening at 6:30pm. Please go along to classes to experience her wealth of knowledge in yoga and health so you can feel exuberant this spring!

Sam Hillier
Sam is passionate in her playful and easy-going manner, and looks forwarded (actually excited) to meeting you all, sharing the knowledge and teaching yoga at Sotai Therapies with the rest of the team!
Sam has also been practicing Shiatsu for over 10 years so if you require further bodywork, yoga correctives and/or nutritional advice to keep you balanced then please phone her directly on 0403 767 848.

Jeremy Trimnell-Ritchard
Jeremy has lived on the northern beaches and practiced Natural therapies for the last 15 years. He has an inquisitive nature and passion that brings years of experience, information and skill to the every day health, fitness and ecology of his patients and students.
As a remedial massage therapist and Ki yoga teacher he has a particular interest in corrective exercise, injuries, postural and lifestyle imbalances, with a love of wholefood nutrition and Traditional Oriental Medicine. When combined these practices help him to understanding and support the individual needs of his massage clients and yoga students.
