OVERVIEW

A profoundly effective Japanese style of Yoga which
changes seasonally to support the related meridians
(energy channels as used in acupuncture). Each
class engages your breath, your hara (your belly)
and will help to calm your mind and balance
your body.

We recommend that beginners take it slowly and
get to know the Ki Yoga breath, dialogue and postures before they perform stronger postures (Asanas)

Always listen to your body. You know your body better than anyone! Please rest or do less repetitions if you feel discomfort or if you feel overwhelmed or short of breath. Yoga is not a competition so be kind to yourself and have fun!
