OVERVIEW A profoundly effective Japanese style of Yoga which We recommend that beginners take it slowly and Always listen to your body. You know your body better than anyone! Please rest or do less repetitions if you feel discomfort or if you feel overwhelmed or short of breath. Yoga is not a competition so be kind to yourself and have fun! Jeremy and Bec have an enthusiastic & playful teaching style which assists their students to be challenged to reach their full potential on the yoga mat as well as in your life.
