Remedial massage draws upon the practical application of:

Remedial massage is used by everyday people and benefits all the members of our community - your family, pressured business executives, fatigued parents and students. Most of us have experienced from time to time backache, headaches, sciatica, muscular and soft tissue injury.

Remedial massage will help to keep you relaxed, supported and vital! As an amateur or elite athlete, a remedial massage can support your training routine and is effective in assisting the diagnosis, management and alleviation of many physical imbalances.

Your personal best and peak performance can be helped with a comprehensive treatment plan. Each treatment helps to reduce muscular impairment and increases joint and ligament range of motion for pre & post event maintenance.

The deep tissue techniques used in remedial massage increase circulation, assist flexibility and support the nervous and lymphatic systems. Overall helping to improve the body’s own innate healing function.
