Light and faster cooking methods such as steamed, quick stir fry and salads.
Leafy bitter greens (eg rocket and bok choy), lemons, vinegars, citrus, green apples etc.

Jeremy and Bec are the type of people you feel you have always known. Their warmth, openness and friendly natures create an atmosphere that is instantly welcoming . Cath and I went on their last Anna Bay retreat and we felt romantic at sunset while watching the dolphins on the cruise , invigorated while jogging up sand dunes at sunrise, enriched while sharing conversations over organic cooking, and grounded during the yoga sessions. It was so nice to step out of our busy lives, exhale and enjoy everyone's company on such a wonderful retreat.

Ki Yoga at Freshwater
We have been attending Ki Yoga classes with Jeremy and Bec for nearly 3 years 2-3 times a week. Both of us are in our late fifties and have found the Ki Yoga style suited to us for its ever changing routines for every season. We both had neck and back pains before we started yoga and now it is all but been eliminated. Our flexibility and general health has improved out of sight through yoga inspired exercises and nutrition. Jeremy and Bec have been great teachers delivering their classes with passion and humour.

Ki Yoga has helped me to focus on my health in a fun and forgiving environment. I thank Jez and Bec for their gorgeous, vibrant yoga instruction. This ongoing reinforcement of what good living is has helped me focus on life with a new state of inner health, calm and happiness. Once upon a time, I ran 80km a week to keep "fit and healthy". Ki yoga helped me to realise that I was actually run down and exhausted. When I cut back the running by 80%, ate better food, and started yoga twice a week, it was then that my running times soared!

Bec, Jeremy and their team bring a wealth of experience to their weekend retreats; they were happy to offer advice and guidance at all times in a non judgmental environment .They bound with enthusiasm and ease and are very intuitive, without taking themselves too seriously. (We all enjoyed lots of laughs) Thanks Bec and Jeremy - I look forward to the next retreat!
