Towards the beginning of summer we hold a
special retreat to nurture women’s wellbeing.
The supportive Ki Yoga therapy enables you
to nourish and regenerate your whole being.
All classes assist the regulation of your cycles
(eg eating, sleeping & menstruation) to
improve feminine awareness and natural
balance.

We support the function of the Spleen,
Stomach, Liver & Kidneys to balance women’s
hormones, emotions and energy levels.

All the food is prepared with love and is
delicious organic wholefood cuisine. Each
meal will help to heal your digestive system
and build blood quality to support you as a
woman. Create scrumptious sugar-free
sweets with the hands on Healthy Sweet
Treat workshop!
